What's my story?

I was born - Hold up, that’s wayyyyy too far back.

I live with my husband, three children, two pugs, and two tree frogs on a country road about an hour west of Philadelphia, PA. My house is within walking distance of a state park. An Amish family recently moved into the civil-dated farmhouse on the corner.

When I'm not writing or reading a book, I'm out on a hike nearby, spending time with family and friends, working in my gardens, or opening a wine we haven't tried before with my husband.

My Origin Story

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I was pursuing being a teacher and happily taught Pre-K for many years until I discovered I was pregnant with twins when my oldest son was only two years old. Then, I became a stay-at-home mom.

While my children were little, I rediscovered my love of reading thanks to my mom, who's fantastic at picking out great stories. All that reading inspired my dream of becoming a writer.

As my children grew, I wrote and read (and wrote some more) while they were at school or napping. In that time, I self-published two women’s fiction novels and one short story. In collaboration with a family, I recently released Until Next Sunday, a beautiful historical romance.
